By using Hadeed, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

حديد رفيق صحي يقدم: محرك العمر البيولوجي، اقتراحات لخطط التمرين، تتبع الاستشفاء والنوم عبر Apple Health، وإدخال يدوي لنتائج المختبر. مصمم للأشخاص الأصحاء البالغين الذين يهدفون لتحسين صحتهم العامة.

Hadeed is a wellness companion offering: a Biological Age engine, workout-plan suggestions, recovery and sleep tracking via Apple Health, and manual lab-result entry. Designed for healthy adults aiming to improve their general health.

حديد مصنف ضمن أجهزة الصحة العامة (General Wellness Device) وفق دليل الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء السعودية MDS-G27. لا يهدف إلى تشخيص، علاج، شفاء، أو الوقاية من أي مرض.

Hadeed is classified as a General Wellness Device under Saudi FDA guideline MDS-G27. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

القراءات والمقاييس تقديرات من خوارزميات شفافة، وليست بدائل عن الفحوصات الطبية أو رأي الطبيب المختص. استشر طبيبك دائمًا قبل اتخاذ قرارات صحية، خاصة عند وجود حالة مزمنة، إصابة، أو حمل.

Readings and metrics are estimates from transparent algorithms, not substitutes for medical examinations or your physician's advice. Always consult your doctor before making health decisions, especially with chronic conditions, injuries, or pregnancy.

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا أو أكثر لاستخدام حديد. باستخدامك للتطبيق، فأنت تقر بأنك بلغت السن القانونية.

You must be 18 years or older to use Hadeed. By using the app, you confirm you have reached the legal age.

إنشاء الحساب يتم برقم جوال يستقبل رمز OTP. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية رقمك وعدم مشاركة الأجهزة المسجل عليها حسابك.

Account creation uses a phone number receiving an OTP code. You are responsible for keeping your number confidential and not sharing devices where your account is signed in.

حديد لا يخزن كلمات مرور. كل جلسة مصادقة تُحفظ في iOS Keychain، وتنتهي عند تسجيل الخروج أو حذف التطبيق.

Hadeed does not store passwords. Each authentication session is stored in iOS Keychain and ends upon sign-out or app deletion.

بياناتك الصحية والشخصية تبقى ملكك. حديد يتصرف كأمين على هذه البيانات وليس كمالك. يمكنك في أي وقت طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها كاملة (راجع سياسة الخصوصية).

Your health and personal data remain yours. Hadeed acts as a custodian, not an owner. You may at any time request a copy of your data or its full deletion (see Privacy Policy).

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق، الخوارزميات، التصميم، الواجهات، والشيفرة محفوظة لحديد. لا يحق لك إعادة هندسة، نسخ، أو إعادة توزيع أي جزء من التطبيق دون إذن مكتوب.

All intellectual-property rights to the app, algorithms, design, interfaces, and code belong to Hadeed. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

بعض المراجع العلمية المعروضة في شاشة «اعرض شغلك» ضمن استخدام معقول للأبحاث المنشورة، وكل دراسة موسومة بـ DOI ومصدرها.

Scientific references shown in the “Show your work” methodology screen are used under fair use of published research, and each study is tagged with its DOI and source.

بعض ميزات حديد متاحة مجانًا، وبعضها يتطلب اشتراكًا مدفوعًا. تتم جميع المعاملات عبر متجر تطبيقات Apple وفق شروطه. حديد لا يخزن بيانات بطاقتك أو تفاصيل الدفع.

Some Hadeed features are free; others require a paid subscription. All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store under its terms. Hadeed does not store your card or payment details.

إلغاء الاشتراك أو استرداد الرسوم يتمان عبر إعدادات Apple ID، وفقًا لسياسات App Store.

Subscription cancellation and refunds are handled through your Apple ID settings, per App Store policies.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به نظام المملكة العربية السعودية، حديد لن يكون مسؤولًا عن أي ضرر مباشر أو غير مباشر ينتج عن: قرارات صحية اتُخذت بناءً على قراءات التطبيق، إصابات أثناء التمرين، انقطاع الخدمة، أو فقدان البيانات الناتج عن إجراءات المستخدم.

To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, Hadeed shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from: health decisions made based on app readings, training injuries, service interruption, or data loss caused by user actions.

هذا لا يستثني أي مسؤولية لا يمكن استثناؤها قانونيًا، مثل المسؤولية الناتجة عن الإهمال الجسيم أو الفعل المتعمد.

This does not exclude liabilities that cannot be excluded by law, such as those arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

يمكنك إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق. حديد تحتفظ بحق إيقاف الحساب في حال انتهاك جوهري لهذه الشروط، مع إخطار مسبق إن أمكن.

You may terminate your account at any time from app settings. Hadeed reserves the right to suspend an account upon material breach of these Terms, with prior notice when possible.

هذه الشروط تخضع لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع ينشأ عن استخدام حديد يخضع للاختصاص الحصري للمحاكم السعودية في الرياض.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from use of Hadeed shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts in Riyadh.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط لتعكس تطور الخدمة أو متطلبات جديدة. التحديثات الجوهرية ستُعلَن داخل التطبيق قبل سريانها بـ 14 يومًا. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يُعد قبولًا للنسخة الجديدة.

We may update these Terms to reflect service evolution or new requirements. Material updates will be announced in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
