حديد تطبيق رفيق صحي للياقة والعمر البيولوجي، مقدم لمستخدمي المملكة العربية السعودية. هذه السياسة توضح ما البيانات التي نجمعها، كيف نستخدمها، أين نخزنها، ومن يصل إليها.

Hadeed is a wellness companion app for fitness and Biological Age, offered to users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, where we store it, and who can access it.

By using the app, you agree to the data practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

رقم الجوال (للمصادقة عبر رمز OTP)، تاريخ الإنشاء، ومعرّف فريد عشوائي. لا نطلب البريد الإلكتروني أو كلمة المرور.

Phone number (for OTP authentication), creation timestamp, and a random unique identifier. We do not request email or password.

الاسم، تاريخ الميلاد (لحساب العمر الزمني)، الجنس البيولوجي، الطول، الوزن، وأهداف اللياقة. هذه البيانات تُخزَّن محليًا على جهازك في SwiftData، وتُستخدم لتخصيص الخطط وحساب العمر البيولوجي.

Name, date of birth (used to compute chronological age), biological sex, height, weight, and fitness goals. Stored locally on your device in SwiftData and used to personalize plans and compute Biological Age.

عند موافقتك، نقرأ 15 مؤشرًا صحيًا من Apple Health: نبضات القلب في الراحة، تباين النبض (HRV)، VO₂Max، النوم وانتظامه، الخطوات، النشاط المتوسط/الشديد، التدريب القوي، نسبة الدهون، سرعة المشي، استرداد النبض، ضغط الدم الانقباضي، وغيرها. هذه القراءات تُعالَج للاستخدام داخل التطبيق فقط ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث.

With your permission, we read 15 health metrics from Apple Health: resting heart rate, HRV, VO₂Max, sleep duration and regularity, steps, MVPA, vigorous activity, strength training, body fat %, walking speed, heart rate recovery, systolic blood pressure, and others. These readings are processed for in-app use only and are never shared with any third party.

عند إدخالك لنتائج فحص الدم يدويًا (الألبومين، الكرياتينين، الجلوكوز، CRP، عدد الخلايا الليمفاوية، MCV، RDW، ALP، WBC)، تُخزَّن في قاعدة بيانات Supabase الخاصة بحديد بسطر واحد لكل مؤشر مع وحدته القياسية، تاريخ الفحص، ورمز LOINC. وتربط بحسابك فقط عبر سياسات Row-Level Security.

When you manually enter blood-work results (Albumin, Creatinine, Glucose, CRP, Lymphocyte%, MCV, RDW, ALP, WBC), they are stored in Hadeed's Supabase database — one row per biomarker with its SI unit, panel date, and LOINC code. Linked to your account only via Row-Level Security policies.

جلسات التمرين، الخطط، قياسات الجسم، النتائج اليومية، والملاحظات اليومية. تُخزَّن في Supabase وتُستخدم لتطور الخطة وعرض التقدم.

Workout sessions, plans, body measurements, daily scores, and journal entries. Stored in Supabase and used for plan progression and progress tracking.

We use your data solely to operate Hadeed's features:

بيانات الحساب، نتائج المختبر، قياسات الفيتلز، وسجلات التمرين تُخزَّن في Supabase ضمن منطقة قريبة من المملكة (البحرين / الإمارات / الرياض حسب التوفر) لدعم متطلبات نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL).

Account data, lab results, vital measurements, and workout logs are stored in Supabase within a region nearest the Kingdom (Bahrain / UAE / Riyadh as available) to support Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) requirements.

بيانات Apple Health تبقى على جهازك. نقرأها عبر HealthKit عند الحاجة لحساب العمر البيولوجي، ولا نخزن منها نسخة دائمة على خوادمنا.

Apple Health data stays on your device. We read it via HealthKit on demand to compute your Biological Age and do not retain a persistent copy on our servers.

بيانات الملف الشخصي (الاسم، الطول، الوزن، الأهداف) تُخزَّن محليًا في قاعدة بيانات SwiftData على جهازك. لا تُرفع إلى Supabase في الإصدار الحالي.

Profile data (name, height, weight, goals) is stored locally in SwiftData on your device. Not uploaded to Supabase in the current release.

حديد لا يبيع بياناتك ولا يشاركها مع المعلنين أو وسطاء البيانات أو أي SDK خارجي. هذا التزام ثابت ومضمون عبر مراجعة الشيفرة.

Hadeed does not sell your data, nor share it with advertisers, data brokers, or any third-party SDK. This is a firm commitment, verified through code review.

مزودو البنية التحتية (Supabase لقاعدة البيانات، Apple لـ HealthKit و App Store) يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا فقط، تحت اتفاقيات معالجة بيانات صارمة.

Infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, Apple for HealthKit and App Store) process data on our behalf only, under strict data-processing agreements.

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطًا. عند طلب الحذف، تُمسح البيانات خلال 30 يومًا من الطلب — باستثناء سجل التدقيق المطلوب نظاميًا للامتثال (PDPL المادة 21).

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon a deletion request, data is purged within 30 days — except the audit log required by law for compliance (PDPL Article 21).

حديد ليس مخصصًا للأطفال دون سن 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عمدًا. إذا علمنا بأن طفلًا أنشأ حسابًا، نحذف البيانات فورًا.

Hadeed is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn a child has created an account, we delete the data immediately.

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة لتعكس تغيرات في خدماتنا أو متطلبات قانونية. التحديثات الجوهرية ستُعلَن داخل التطبيق قبل سريانها بـ 14 يومًا.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
